Nancy is a caring, compassionate, kind therapist with your best interest at heart. She is a very intelligent therapist who nails it every time. She gets it and understands how to guide one and direct you and give one the tools needed. Highly recommend Nancy.
SHE said I was carrying around trauma. WHAT?! I suffered no violence or abuse as a child AND I'm a mental health professional....I thought she was NUTS! She rapidly identified situations in my adult life that were, in fact, traumatic. Then she said she would help me clear them sooner rather than later. I metaphorically rolled my eyes.
