Nancy was a pleasure to work with. Selling a home is a complex process and Nancy helped us navigate with ease. All of her emails were personal and direct - the last realtor we had sent stock emails to us. We were with our previous realtor for 5 months with our house unsold (in a hot market!). We decided to work with Nancy at that point, who had our home sold in two months with multiple offers! I am so thankful we found her.

She was the perfect agent to sell our house. We are a large family grieving the loss of the homeowner, our son, brother and father. He built the home himself and it meant a lot to us. If I could give Nancy 6 stars I would in a heart beat. We had a very difficult time with a different realtor. Th previous realtor has been in the business longer but did not give us nearly the kind of support or communication that Nancy did nor did he market our house as effectively.
