Surprising pleasant experience – I was dreading having to go to the dentist after MANY years. I put it off as long as I could, and then a friend recommended Dr. Rosenthal. The entire experience was much better than I expected. She knew what I was going through and really responded to my concerns. Friendly staff, too! Well I'd give 5 stars, but it was a trip to the dentist after all :)

Saved my vacation! – Although going to the dentist is not of the more enjoyable things to do, I have to write about how amazing Dr. Rosenthal's staff is! 2 days before I was about to leave on my 10 day Cruise I bit into an apple, and out popped my filling (a filling NOT installed by Dr. Rosenthal I should point out). After Calling her office and explaining the situation, she had me in the chair, and filled the cavity within the hour. Was not even charged extra for the crisis work! Would not go anywhere else. there has to be someone better out there – I went to Dr Nancy Rosenthal because I was having pain. My pain issue was addressed, but I think overall she is unprofessional and not very thorough when I tried to get her opinion on other issues I had. The times where she would explain things it was extremely awkward and it was if she was trying to make me feel dumb for wanting to know about things.
