I would be careful about purchasing a home from this person. We purchased our home about 8 years ago and on average our basement has flooded twice a year ever since. No flooding was disclosed to us at the time of purchase and we have not had the money to repair the foundation in the years since; instead I stand by with my shop vac whenever we expect heavy rains. Good luck out there and be careful what you buy!

As far as realtors go, Nancy is one of the best. She has sold two homes for us now, and we can say with certainity that she is knowledgable, patient, and can help her clients see the big picture (even when the frusterations of buying/selling property might get the better of her clients-- speaking from experience here). Ours was not an easy house to sell, but Nancy brought wisdom and optimism to the process when we had none. If you have a home to sell, Nancy can do it.
