Nancy Ko has been the worst health professional that i have ever encountered. For 6 consecutive visits she arrived at the office over 30 minutes late. She doesn’t even show up to the office for appointments scheduled. Any time that i need a prescription, it is a complete debacle and consistently takes 2 weeks or more with zero update as to what the delay is.
