Nice MD face to face, however, I will not recommend nor refer anyone as she does not get back to you in a timely fashion regarding your concern which is very important. You have to call multiple times for a response/ feedback. Thank you but never again! St. LUKES as a whole need to do better with walk- in for providers in general vs. The urgent care, new providers!
Dr. O’Donnell was my doctor when I gave birth and she was absolutely wonderful and is the reason I didn’t tear! You can tell how much she cares about every birth and the patients.
Dr. O'Donnell and her staff are the best, very professional and compassionate. My visit was excellent.
