Horrible service. Don’t even let us get our nails done on a Saturday at 10am because they “don’t have time”

Haven't gotten my nails done in years and decided to book an appointment here. They got me in quickly which was nice, but the nails were not good quality... I wanted long coffin white nails with the letter D on my ring finger, i even have an inspiration picture that i showed them. I'm not confrontational but I can't believe I tipped, let alone paid and said I liked them when they came out so badly.. the nails are lumpy, not smooth at all and the letter D came out horribly.
