Do not use Mills to appraise your property. She is extremely unprofessional. She accepted the job but arrived late for the appointment. After inspecting our house, she left saying she would try to get the report to us quickly but that it could take two weeks. When two weeks and two days passed, and we had heard nothing from Mills, we contacted her. She asked for another week. We gave her two more weeks.
