Nancy was the seller's representation. She at first responded promptly and professional. Nancy caused great confusion in writing a description that referenced a new refrigerator and oven. However, the week before closing she informs us that the refrigerator was being removed. The offer wasn't based on a refrigerator alone but that value was factored in with the offer.
