I have 3 kids, all grown now. All of my children absolutely loved her. My son so much that he stayed with her until he was around 20. My youngest is now trying to get her children in with her office. Dr. Macdonald always went above and beyond for all of my children. I would recommend her again and again. I can't praise her enough.
Dr. MacDonald has a fantastic bedside manner and a pleasant, calm demeanor. She takes time to listen to our children and we never feel rushed. She has helped my children throughout the years with the regular run of the mill childhood ailments. Her staff is extremely patient and helpful.
My daughter has been with Dr. MacDonald for 14 yrs. She has always listened to my questions/concerns, has taken as much time as possible to discuss things completely & thoroughly, & as a parent, she has always given me complete credibility in my 'gut' feelings when I knew something was wrong but couldn't identify it. She is open to refer to specialists if needed and is willing & open to work along with other physicians and hospitals when needed. I think she is an amazing physician.
After seeing other physicians, Dr. MacDonald was the person to diagnose our daughter's disease. I can't recommend her enough. She saved our daughter's life.
