Mrs. Nancy is a must have for the home buying process! As a first time home buyer, this process seemed a bit intimidating. Mrs. Nany guided me through the entire thing and kept me informed as things were happening behind the scenes. She was so easy to work with when scheduling tours of houses and made herself available when needed. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!
Nancy was given a complicated job when she undertook to sell a house that belonged to my ex-husband and me. To begin with she guided him to upgrade landscaping and minor interior refinishing to greatly increase the home’s curb appeal. We hired Nancy Lovejoy to sell our house, which had been on the market with another realtor for 9 months. Three weeks later, we signed a contract to sell for near-asking price. Nancy really knows her stuff and works hard every day to make the sale. She gave us great advice on such things as improving the curb appeal of the house, and was always quick to answer our questions. We are so happy we chose Nancy.
Nancy is a fantastic agent and she helped me sell my small condo. I am surprised at her professionalism. She really knows the market, which I think is the most important thing in property purchase/resale. In addition, Nancy always answer my message in a very short time and gave very good advice to save money. Would highly recommend Nancy.
5 stars doesn’t do Nancy justice, she went above and beyond for us. We sold our home in less than two days at full asking price! Nancy was a rockstar, guiding us through every step of the process. Her insight of market trends helped us price our home right when we went to market and she helped us to stage the home perfectly. I’d highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Her professionalism and positive attitude was so refreshing throughout the entire deal!
