Nancy made my home purchase a pleasure. She was very patient as it took months for the right house to become available and never pressured me to move forward with anything short of perfect. She is honest and very knowledgeable about The Settlement at Willow Grove and the Baton Rouge market.
Mrs. Nancy is a must have for the home buying process! As a first time home buyer, this process seemed a bit intimidating. Mrs. Nany guided me through the entire thing and kept me informed as things were happening behind the scenes. She was so easy to work with when scheduling tours of houses and made herself available when needed. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!
Nancy was given a complicated job when she undertook to sell a house that belonged to my ex-husband and me. To begin with she guided him to upgrade landscaping and minor interior refinishing to greatly increase the home’s curb appeal. We hired Nancy Lovejoy to sell our house, which had been on the market with another realtor for 9 months. Three weeks later, we signed a contract to sell for near-asking price. Nancy really knows her stuff and works hard every day to make the sale. She gave us great advice on such things as improving the curb appeal of the house, and was always quick to answer our questions. We are so happy we chose Nancy.
