Dr Nancy Lin has been an exceptional provider for me for years now. She and her staff have consistently been very competent, thorough and compassionate with every aspect of my health. If you’re looking for a excellent healthcare group, I highly recommend Redlands Optum.
Dr. Nancy Lin has been my doctor for many years now and she's the best I've ever had. She listens well to my concerns and gives me a lot of information regarding my options or best approaches to my health care. I never feel rushed when I see her and always feel like she's sure she has covered all of my issues and let me know if I'm needing any tests or vaccinations. Before I found Dr. Lin I went through at least 4 others primary care doctors who were all awful. So thankful I found a great doctor finally!
Dr. Lin is very attentive and explained my results. Her medical knowledge seems better than most other doctors I been to. She showed empathy and very easy to talk to. I would recommend her. Only issue is the wait time and getting an appointment.
2nd time seeing her. Twice not impressed. Thought I gave her a chance. Not going back. I addressed my neurological concerns with her tht involved dermatomes distribution and she could care less. It’s not just back pain. It involves my hip, femur head and of course skin crawling on my lower extremity and a completely numb and tingly great toe.
