We retained Nancy S to complete and file our 2021 Form 1040-SR, and all required schedules and forms. We are not pleased with her performance. First, she erred when entering an EIN for one of our 1099-R statements, and e-filed the IRS and state forms. Per our engagement letter, we prepared and filed the return. We are not engaged to continue to handle his *** correspondence. He fails to communicate that he caused *** issues by filing additional information with them and sending them unprofessional and inappropriate letters that were not pertinent to his return. His continued issues with the *** are not my responsibility. They have nothing to do with the original filing of the return. He received a letter showing the correct amount of tax he owed.
