We bought our house with Nancy about 16 years ago and she did a great job as we bought it. I have worked with Nancy Smith twice. First in purchasing a condo in Dodgeville, Wisconsin and then in selling the same condo after my wife passed away .Both times she made the process very easy for me and she was very professional in all of her dealings. My circumstances were somewhat unusual in that I am on oxygen 100% of the time and some what house bound.
