Dr. Nancy Montagna has been my go-to psychologist for more than 3 decades. She has that special blend of professional expertise, kindness, and instilling confidence so that I may make changes in my life that make for a happier and healthier me! I have never felt rushed to make changes. In fact, we work as a team. She always takes the time to hear my perspective and then gently and clearly suggests another way to view my circumstances. Dr. Montagna is an excellent listener.
As a senior citizen, I have found that life has obstacles and I need help to get around them.I had instant connection with Nancy and found her to be an excellent listener who could easily see beyond the obvious to what the deeper issues are. Her insight of "getting it" has not ceased to amaze me time after time. She is, in my opinion, one of the most insightful and brilliant therapist I have encountered over many many years. I am delighted to be receiving help from her.
She does not return phone calls. If you are having any type of mental health problem do not call her. When she was confronted about some of her bizarre behaviors she abruptly terminated treatment in the waiting room in front of other people. She said she will call me over the phone to discuss but then changed her mind in less than 5 minuted. Does this woman even understand confidentiality?
