I had been suffering for years with guilt and shame about a very old and emotional situation. Luckily, my friend referred me to Nancy. We used talk therapy combined with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing therapy). Within a few sessions my emotions connected to that situation had stopped triggering me.
