Dr Bischoff and her team, Suzanne and Robin, were AMAZING at our appointment. My son has been suffering from chronic ear infections and for the first time in ALL of our visits, we felt advocated for as she called the specialists to discuss the Closed-surgical-center situation and look for alternatives to get our boy the ear tubes ASAP. On top of that, she and the nurses were so sweet with my son and he really enjoyed the experience, aside from the part where he got two big shots, of course! Dr. Bischoff was very thorough and went above and beyond caring for my 16 year old daughter. We brought her in for stomach issues and Dr. Bischoff put our minds at ease through the whole appointment. We left pretty late at night and she took the time to call us around 9:30pm when lab results were in to help out my mama bear’s mind at ease so I wouldn’t worry all night. It is hard to find a Pediatrician with such compassion, knowledge and care. Thank you, Dr. Bischoff. We highly recommend her!
