Would give 0 stars if I could. Nancy had my party of 4 pay her $50 each for an application directly to her Venmo and did not reach out to confirm she recieved payment. She told us we would have a decision by the following day after we submitted our applications (after she told us not to wait) and that time frame came and went with no communication despite me calling her. Please be aware: Nancy and I communicated regarding 1 Oak Forest Road. During the call, she indicated that the owners wanted a tenant by July 1, so I proceeded with the application process and paid $100 for my daughter and me. At that time, I also submitted all other requirements, including ID and pay stubs.
