Nancy made Everything so easy for us during the sale of our late friend's home. We hadn't a clue about so many things such as deed transfer (or rather mobile home registration transfer which is quite involved) and repairs and estate furnishings sales and the list goes on. When I was beginning to search for a new home, I knew I first wanted to find the right realtor to make the transaction a successful one. Much of our negotiations were long distance as I was coming to CA from FL. I had enough trust in her that when the first house I saw didn't work out, I took her recommendation on a second one that met my needs even better than the first - and at a lower asking price - and she made it work! Now she is my realtor, friend, and neighbor!
