I had my property listed with Kathy, who told us she was local to the South Park area. After months with no progress, we switched to a local Alma Realtor and learned Kathy had actually sold her place & moved to the DIA area before listing our property. She wasn’t local and wasn’t honest about it. That made it harder to get anything done. If you're selling in Park County, make sure your agent actually lives in the area and is around to follow through. It makes a huge difference.
Nancy represented the buyer for our property. As the seller she was awesome to work with... good communications, timely and professional. Highly recommended.
