My mother and I have both used Ms Handigan for our wills. She is very professional and knowledgeable and helped us navigate this process with skill and courtesy. When my mother died, everything was in place and made the process of closing her estate so much smoother than it could have been without a will and Nancy’s help.I highly recommend her.
$150 to review an easement agreement that the attorney I spoke with knew absolutely nothing about. I knew more about the easement agreement before I took it to him then I did after being charged $150. If you need a real estate attorney use anybody besides this firm.
