I got text message to reminder me to make an appointment with Nancy Hafner. However it is very difficult to make an appointment even I tried for several days. First nobody answers my phone. Secondary, always asked to leave a voice message but no reply even after more than 48 hours. The third one is the website appointment system provided by the Office never works normally. Please let me know how to make an appointment.
Dr. Haffner is wonderful and I have even seen NP Carlyn and she is amazing. I feel so well taken care of and not rushed. Their offices are clean and modern, their new appointment online app is so easy to use!
After 15 years of searching, I've finally found my perfect gyno. Dr. Hafner truly cares for her patients. She provides the perfect amount of detail for a non-medical person to understand. Dr. Hafner is thorough before performing any procedure and has excellent bedside manners. After hours and on weekends, the office has on-call doctors available and saved me a trip to the ER. Dr Hafner is wonderful; she is knowledge and kind. However, the scheduling department ,staff, is horrible. I called 4/times and never received a return call.
Scheduled an appointment a month ago as a new patient for today 6/13/23. Paperwork and insurance all completed in advance. Drove 1.5 hours for my appointment and an hour yesterday to pick up my records from my wonderful retiring Obgyn. Was told my appointment was not at 8:30 am as I booked, a different time 9:00am . Wasn’t seen and was told another 45 minutes at 9:00 am. and then they may be able to see me. Lots of the same in the reception room. Unprofessional and rude assistant, basically said tuff luck!
