She should no longer be practicing as she no longer has the time or attention for patients. She seems to lack social grace and basic courtesy and does not have the ability to keep track of emails and clients, so I'm glad I had this experience before actually meeting with her in person. Huge red flag. I spoke to Nancy on the phone on a Wednesday a little before 5pm about possibly becoming a new patient.
