Horrible Customer service! Called to make an appointment because of an arm injury due to a fall and nothing was available for Dr Crossley so I was offerd to see Dr Rivera. I accepted the same day appointment (145) and then after giving my personal information was told by the receptionist that I should go to an ugent care. I explained to her that I would rather not because of the wait times and illnesses at urgent care and that I would kust like the 1:45 appointment. Horrible horrible phone system. The absolute worst of any medical office that I have ever experienced. Love the doctors and staff but they really need to get the phone system re-done
I loved Dr crossley when I first started seeing her 4yrs ago.. but the office has went down hill.. with horrible wait times, automatic phone system and rude staff.. I do love the docs I see from savage and my husband sees Dr Barnes but I can't take the wait time.. thinking about switching doctors..
