Nancy helped me sell my parents’ house in a very competitive environment with lots of inventory in their 55+ community. We were able to get an offer within five days. She was professional, moved the deal through with velocity, and is extremely thorough. If you have an opportunity to work with her, I strongly suggest you doing so. You can’t leave a transaction this important to just anybody.
Just closed on our first place because of Nancy! Being young homeowners, we had very little knowledge on the process, but she was more than happy to answer any and all of our questions and to guide us through the process! She has her own network of people that made the process even smoother and more welcoming. Everyone she introduced us to was also amazing and super helpful and responsive, which we appreciated since we had sooo many questions. We couldn’t have gotten through it without her!
