I’m new to Oklahoma and to Broken Arrow, I came across Nancy’s and it was the best experience ever. I was helped by the nicest people from start to finish, I needed braids really bad lol and I got my braids done by Jade let me tell you first time there I will be back everytime. I recommend Nancy’s over anyone in Broken Arrow. Thank you again guys keep up the great work 🥰
The stylist in the very back BUTCHERED my son’s hair yesterday. It’s completely unfixable until it grows out. She had no clue what she was doing & still charged me for his haircut. Wouldn’t recommend her to absolutely anyone. I don’t know why she would take a kids haircut if she didn’t know how. Terrible.
Nothing negative about the owners just the specific person that cut my son's hair. Was asked for a crew cut but then she decided to just completely buzzed it. And then charged for it. I could have just done that at home for free. Do better
Great for large families basic cuts only. I asked for a phohawk she gave my son a Mohawk. I asked for my hair to get cut underneath. I asked to be edged up underneath an the back of my hair to go into a point. I explained the edge was boxed she did correct but the shape of the hair needs to go to a point in back. She argued saying my hair didn't grow like that. Even though I have a double crown an had my haircut like it countless times. She cut higher n made it uneven and looking like a but.
