I am at the beginning of my breast cancer journey with Dr. O'Neal and I know I am in good hands. She and her team are well-organized - they saw me on time, and she is an excellent communicator. Nothing great about having breast cancer, but I feel I am in good hands. My only suggestion is that they get their patient paperwork online. :)
Dr. O'Neal has performed breast surgery for me twice now. Thoughtful, kind, and very knowledgeable, I always feel confident with her plan of care for me. We always discuss risk factors, options, and I always feel heard. Well recommended!
Dr. Nancy O'Neal performed an incisional hernia repair surgery on me in 2016 that has left me in constant, agonizing physical pain 24/7. All she could say afterwards was "sorry you feel that way". She offered absolutely no resolution. She had 0 compassion. Now she only does breast surgeries. Run from her!
Dr. O'Neal is the very best !!
Dr ONeal is absolutely amazing. She is skilled, compassionate, professional, and brilliant. She got me through my DCIS surgery (both physically and emotionally) two plus years ago. If you are in her capable hands, you have the best there is.
