Nancy Bradley did a great job representing me years ago with several real estate transactions. I hope to work with her again in the future!
In 2013 I paid a $500 deposit for a house and was told I'd be contacted when it was move in ready a few weeks later. A whole month went by before I tried to contact her. Then she finally responded and stole my deposit saying it was nonrefundable. I had a lawyer look over the lease who said that was not the case, per the written agreement. I was so emotionally and mentally distraught from this and other life factors that I did not press charges, but I've always regretted crossing Nancy Bradley's path since then.
