Was told I was going to have another miscarriage and that she could either do a D&C or take a pill to go ahead and have a misscarriage choose the pill went back in 3 weeks to have a ultrasound to make sure everything was passed and to find out I was 9 weeks pregnant I now have a 2 year old daughter that wouldn't be here if I had choose the D&C which was one of her recommendation

I booked an appointment with Dr. Nancy Z Bradbury at the TriStar Medical Group Total Women Care in 1531 Hunt Club Blvd, Gallatin, TN office to insert my IUD. I was asked to visit the clinic twice; First, on the 14th of March to do a blood pregnancy test, Then, on the 17th to apply the IUD. This was strange because most medical offices do a urine pregnancy test on the same day of the insertion of the IUD to save the time of the patient. I requested late appointments because of my strict work rule

Dr. Bradbury placed an IUD in May of 2014, approximately a month later, I had informed her that I could not located my IUD strings. she could not locate the strings and ordered an ultrasound. I was informed that IUD must had dislodged itself. Fast forward to August 2015, I was having intense ab pain, my gastro ordered a CT Scan and located the IUD, expelled from my uterus into my ab cavity. She never followed up. Please, think carefully before choosing Dr. Bradbury as your OB-Gyn, I wish I did.
