Nancy did an outstanding job in selling a property for me. The house was sold shortly after it was listed, and Nancy worked hard to get us a quick settlement and closing. I would recommend her to anyone needing a sharp and caring realtor.
I wouldn’t recommend Nancy to my worst enemy. Zero rating for response. Zero rating for communication. I had zero faith that she’d sell my house. Not to mention, she instructed us to decline an offer that cost us 30k dollars. And what realtor puts their sellers in direct contact with a buyer that backed out of a contract to find out why they backed out? Really was a bad experience unfortunately.
