Dr. Anastasi has been our family pediatrician since my boys were in elementary school. She is remarkably one of the best pediatricians we have had the pleasure of having the best patient experiences. Highly recommended, excellent medicine, excellent practice.
Dr Anastasi was wonderful and thorough but I would not recommend seeing her due to the staff and behavior we dealt with at IHA pediatrics. My 3 month old son saw Dr Anastasi for green mucous diapers with blood, she was great and told us to keep in touch with any updates or worsening symptoms. On the week of thanksgiving, my sons symptoms worsened. I left her a message in the portal and when I didn’t hear back I called in twice and spoke with a nurse. Dr. Anastasi was my in laws dr when they were all kids and now is my child’s pcp. She is kind and warm and takes the time to listen to concerns and answer thoughtfully. She has never blown a question off or acted like we as parents weren’t intelligent enough to understand what was happening with our child’s care. I also think it says a lot that my husbands family loved her so much that we are not coming to her ourselves.
She listened carefully and she answered all our concerns and doubts.
Dr. Anastasi has been the primary doctor for my 2 kids for 9 (and 7) years. She is always patient, kind, and knowledgable. We never feel rushed, and she makes sure that she has answered every question. The office is great, and has always gotten us in quickly when a kid has gotten sick. We've seen several of the other doctors in the practice, and have not had a bad experience with any of them. They have nurses and nurse practitioners available to consult with on the phone, as well.
We have been a patient for 14 years. Dr. A is very kind, takes plenty of time with the families, never in a hurry. Her follow up with patients is impressive. We are very blessed to have her as our daughter doctor :) Office Staff amazing !
