Doctor Nancy Smith is a true gem!! So understanding and compassionate….I highly recommend her!
I cannot believe how rude she is. My grandmother is (now WAS) a patient of hers and her condescending, rude, degrading, impatient tone was out of this world. I am truly shocked and horrified. She walked in and first thing that came out of her mouth to my grandmother was “what do you want? You have 10 minutes.” My elderly grandmother was so flustered and trying to get her thoughts out and the doctor kept interrupting and just being so awful when my ELDERLY grandmother couldn’t get her thoughts in a row. Such a rude lady to my 80+ mother. So impatient and condescending. Can’t imagine why she’s decided to work at leisure world with the elderly.
