Updated – everything indicated in the response from Nancy is completely false, and confirms the type of, lack of experience we had with her. She was dishonest and lacked transparency from the beginning and we have call logs as proof we never received a call from her after numerous voicemails left for her. Bottom line is, Nancy never answered our questions, nor provided feedback on the extension of our policy we’re looking for… just ghosted us!
