I am 69. Renovated and built homes in my life. I have never seen more dedication to a job. Endless issues resolved. On time. Reasonable. They did floor tile and bathroom tile and the quality is outstanding. Absolutely the best business I've dealt with in years. Kudos to Eric the installer and Kyle the manager.
Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. After two installs, the floor is still wrong along with damages to our kitchen during installation. Gauged our wood swinging door, damaged corner of wall, ding to the oven and nicked the ice maker line and left without checking. We had to rush to find someone to repair on a Saturday afternoon. They refuse to take responsibility even though damages were pointed out to installers. We’ve made several attempts to work with them and contact them, they will not respond to calls or emails.
