Our experience started off professional. We had floors refinished and new floors laid to match. We understanding settling happens, as was explained to us, but our floors are popping and have come loose and cracked in multiple spots. We came to an arrangement that they would repair in spring, but we have since had other issues we want them to acknowledge need to be fixed, in writing. Hardwood floors were installed in some sections of house, and refinished in others to match the new. The floors had to be buffed and sanded 3 additional times after the job was complete due to hairs and bubbles in the finish as well as brush marks and what appeared to be water spots. The final product exhibits palpable cracks or spaces between boards and a lousy finish quality around baseboards. Can not recommend
