my wife and my son went for eye exam,but it was like going in to a car dealer,this office is a money hungry,extra unnecessary exams.
Not Happy. Have gone through 5 "trial" pair of contacts! Recently told that If I didn't take this latest pair I was going to be charged & he would have to redo my exam & another charge! Only part of the staff is friendly. The others seem unwilling to help customers. I have heard others complain negatively as well. Wait time is horrendous up to 2 hours & thats if they do not forget you. Looking for a new Eye Dr.
Dr. Nance is the most through Optical Doctor yhat I have seen ! He takes the time to explain and answer all your questions. This man is cares about his patients and understands the needs to know whats what with their eyesight! I haave neveer written about anyone's professional services before. I'm 65 and have had the pleasure of knowing this Doctor for more than 25 years. His services have only gotten better!
