I wanted to share an honest reflection on my case from 2015. The staff I worked with was great—very friendly, and I truly believe they do good work. However, my attorney was dealing with medical issues during my case. Instead of handing my file off to someone else, he advised me to settle after a year of negotiations. It felt as though he just gave up. Unfortunately, circumstances dictated the result of my case, and I am now left dealing with permanent injuries without the compensation I deserved.
