Dr.Palmer is the best Urologist I’ve had. He explains everything and is very patient and professional. This has been a lifelong problem and he was finally able to help me. I had to wait until I was in my 50’s before he was able to help me. He did many many texts that no other urologist had ever done. He was very thorough and was finally able to help me. Thank you, Dr. Palmer and your staff.

If you’re looking for a very good Urologist in Nanaimo Dr. William Carlson is your best bet. Young, energetic, smart with great bedside manners …..you can’t go wrong if you’re referred to Dr. Carlson. I had the best in Vancouver and he’s up there with the very best of them!!. No fun having Kidney stones!
Dr Geoff Palmer was kind and compassionate during my procedure in ambulatory care - explaining everything as he went along. The procedure was painless as well- 5 years ago I had the same procedure with a different urologist and it was much more painful - dr Palmer was very skilled - I would definitely recommend dr Palmer
Dr. William Carlson is a wonderful doctor. None of what both you and he will go through is much fun, but he deals with the trouble with humour, kindness, and consummate skill. If you need the services of a urologist, you have my sympathy. If you have Dr. Carlson as your doctor, you have the very best of allies in an unhappy situation.
