Met Armen about year ago for a quote on our house..... finally decided to go ahead with Nanaimo roofing this month. Armen was professional, honest and work was done right and he's the type that would stand behind his workmanship as well. He was also a strong communicator and price was fair, a win win. His team left our place cleaned and tidy after the roofing was done. Very highly recommend.

Armen came to inspect our roof and we were very pleased with his service. Very professional and he was able to identify and explain the problem we were having, which was actually due to issues with moisture in our attic rather than the roof itself -- an issue that our previous roofer missed altogether. Thanks to his inspection we are finally able to solve the root cause of our problem -- would highly recommend!
What a great experience (while having a roof leak). I contacted Nanaimo Roofing Company during the holidays (Between Christmas and New Years) as we had a leak that appeared and increased through the roof over our covered porch. Although it wasn't urgent, Armen quickly set an appointment to come take a look and hopefully give us an estimate of the repairs.
