I requested a roof quote last year from several companies. Armen was quick to respond and let me know the roof would last for a couple more years and only issue need attention was a plumbing stack cover which he repaired at no charge. His price was very competitive. When he came this year to do the roof he held the price from last year. Work was done well and fast. Crew were very respectful as we had other work also at the same time. I would not hesitate to recommend Armen and Nanaimo Roofing.

I had a small project that I needed done, and I got Armen’s referral from another contractor. I called Armen and he came and looked at the project right away. He had a lot of knowledge and acted professionally. Within a week the project was done to my satisfaction. I like Armen’s character, he does his job well no matter the size of the job!
It was a fairly straightforward job: supplying and installing a 1.25" plumbing stack to our roof, which included locating and cutting the required roof penetration and securing and sealing all components, all done efficiently and to standard roofing practices.
