Looked around at many different doors and the Nanawall system was the one I wanted due to the fact that the doors are floor supported, lines were clean and it was energy efficient. I was willing to pay the slightly higher price and longer wait times for the performance. Buyer beware! Do not deal with this company unless you want to wait 6 Months for the door and back and forth headaches just to get the correct door. I ordered the door on 1/16, now being told the delivery date is 7/19. They have twice sent out the incorrect doors. The installation costs an additional $2900 (never disclosed). They are a pain to deal with as it takes anywhere from 3 days to 10 days to just get a response back. Nice product once its finally completed. Bad sales experience, no one answers questions or emails. Expensive 5 hour, and unfinished install experience. Also, surprise additional expense required (beyond the certified installer expense, beyond the price of the door) to prepare the properly sized opening by an outside contractor. For the price, they treat you badly.
