Unfortunately, this FNP-C was rude and had an attitude the entire appointment. All other staff were kind and nice as usual but Nana Oforiwaa made it seem like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. Mind you, we were her first appointment on a Friday and my husband mentioned, because he was in the room, “I would hate to be her last patient.”
She’s honestly the best doctor my kids could have found, she’s funny, chill and so smart. She shows she cares about her patients. Truly a blessing to have her as a doctor.
Provider was dismissive of our concerns and questions, rude in manner to us, didn't explain anything that was happening.
