Dr. McMahon has been a godsend for my family and our 3 little boys. We also fostered a little girl for a year and she was amazing with her. We moved from Charlestown to Boxboro unsure of where to go for our pediatrician and going with Dr. McMahon has been the best decision we have ever made. One of our sons has current and potential for more autoimmune issues and Dr. McMahon is always available, checking on him and making sure he gets all the help he may require. Dr. McMahon was extremely helpful and is good with kids. She talks to the kids as they are grown ups and makes them feel like they are a part of the conversation. Highly recommend!
Dr. McMahon was my pediatrician for 18+ years. She has horrible bedside manner and in my opinion has no business interacting with children. I remember specifically requesting appointments on days the nurse practitioner was working as a teenager instead of Dr. McMahon because she made me so insecure and uncomfortable. When I was 17 she asked me about my plans. When I told her I was considering a pre-med course of study, she openly scoffed and said my fear of getting shots made that basically impossible.
