I really didn't have a good experience; the treatment is very cold and impersonal. Dr. Wang is rude; she didn't speak to me—she only spoke into a recorder—and she gave me a hasty diagnosis that made me very nervous. I would NEVER recommend her; the only kind, cordial, and attentive person is the receptionist.
Dr. Wang will say "We do not have a patient like this" because this is the only way Dr. Wang can allegedly lie her way out of the truth. Dr.Wangdid not give me a choice of which type of replacement lens I could get during the cataract surgery. She just picked one and told me that was what I would get. She was supposed to give me the choice of available lenses. During the surgery she dropped part of the cataract into the bottom of my eyeball. I began having issues with Cateract a few years ago. 6 months ago I was referred to a Retna Specialist in Katy who explained that I had advanced cataract for my age, but confirmed and sent documents to my insurance. He let me know there was a new Cataract Specialist one floor below his, so I went. This guy was NOT good at all. Dr Nan Wang performs and takes care of her patients. Highly recommend!
I am very grateful to Dr. Wang for the successful cataract surgery on my right eye recently. Since I had a vitrectomy last year, performing cataract surgery on me was more challenging. Dr. Wang handled it very well with her long term experience. I had a little high eye pressure on the second day after surgery. Dr. Wang adjusted my eye drops and closely monitored my case by seeing me even on early Saturday morning to make sure the pressure return to normal. It ended very well overall. Thank you so much Dr. Wang!
