I've been here several times and my experiences were ok until I wanted one specific technician to do my services. I got a disrespectful young nail tech and told her I'd paint my own nails because she was rude and she's blessed she caught me on a good day. Nan took over to make sure they got every dime they could. I asked for a specific technician in subsequent visits and they made sure I didn't get her. Nan got rude wirh me when I removed my acrylics. I love Nan and all the techs are so funny. Very warm and inviting establishment. Nikki and Tina are my long time besties.
Their gel polish is cheap or watered down - got my friends and my feet and nails done. my friend choose gel for her natural nails I did feet gel. Less than 24 hours later after showering the polish came off 2 of her fingers and 1 toe. I checked my feet and sure enough 2 toes are half way missing polish. I did dip for my nails which are shaped poorly. My friend complained of itching and burning on 1 toe and 1 one finger after getting nails done.
