Nan and her team are top notch!! She came into my condo, told me what to move out for staging, and we got an offer in SIX days!! Mind you, my condo was in the mountains and it was during winter...not an ideal time to sell. But, Nan did it!!!! There was never a time where I texted her and she didn't respond.
