They have the worst customer service I have seen. Owner is a very rude person and treat customers cheaply. Not recommend to buy gold from here.
I would not advise anyone to go Namr Jewelry a dodgy business. They tried to pull a fast one on me, adding extra costs and being super unclear about prices. When I called them out on it, they were incredibly rude and told me to take my business elsewhere. Which I did! I went next door to Crown Jewellery, and they were fantastic. So, a word to the wise: steer clear of Namr Jewelry unless you want a headache and terrible service. You're better off going anywhere else!
So so rude and u manprofessional. Refuses to give me the gold price for the day and when I told him I’m looking to sell my jewellery and also buy more, he angrily huffs and puffs and says he’s too busy and waves his hand to the door gesturing for me to leave. Not sure how these people expect to hold up a good business with such crappy customer service. Wont be going back.
Absolutely the worst scammer in this trade , No ethics nor respect the main purpose of his pathetic so called business is to trick people into purchasing very poor quality gold products . Warning , stay away from such dangerous people .
AL-NA-MIR is a dodgy dishonest jeweler shop. I purchased a chain on 6th Oct 2023 from the shop. We were looking for 22K gold and the items that he shown claimed everything was 22K. He also mentioned that he takes only cash. He made us to buy in cash. We trusted him and paid in cash. We thought we were paying for 22K product and didn't minutely check his hand written bill.
