We are giving 5-stars for the service. (This is not a 5-star hotel, but they don't charge 5-star prices either.) Noreen at the front desk has SMILES for MILES. And the maintenance team wanted our experience to be great. The bed was fine, we slept well. Hot tub was HOT & relaxing. HOT shower with Full pressure. For the prices = it was what we needed & better than expected for older motel/hotel. It's not the Ramada, so if you have those expectations = you will be disappointed. Ok where to begin....this place is the absolute worst...I took a shower and realized I had no towels, then I noticed I had no toilet paper, and no bags in the trash can, and my remote to the TV was dead...the batteries had died...the room was cheap and pretty decent until I noticed all these missing and broken items....the "computer chair" if you can call it that was also broken as it wouldn't raise to the height of the desk, so that was pretty horrible as well....the parking lot was extremely shady.... people hanging out in... read more
I can't imagine why the City of Nampa haven't condemned this place. Booked my room through Expediafor 2 nights. When we drove up all is could say was what the hell is this! Walked in to ask for a refund but got screwed on that. Horrible filthy and a huge presence a darkness.
This hotel gets a bad reputation but in my opinion it's a GREAT PLACE to rest when traveling! We always stay at this hotel when passing through to California! ALWAYS good service and Ruby in housekeeping is amazing and VERY ACCOMIDATING to guests needs! I give this hotel 5 stars all day long!! No roaches or bedbugs I have NEVER SEEN HERE!
