I would give this so called business zero stars. This business is obviously in the business of scamming people. My son heard a knocking sound in his engine so he called a tow truck. He planned to have it towed to his normal mechanic. The tow truck driver told him that he he took it to their shop the tow would be free if there was 2+ hrs of labor and they could get it diagnosed right away. So he said ok. I would give 0 stars but in todays society, we give out trophies for participation. Needless to say Mark Bosivart is a Terrible Business owner and he has no issues scamming you. If you complain and look for a solution, then Mark will try to berate you and make you feel stupid. He will lie and Manipulate the entire situation. So much for an honorable Veteran Owned Business. RecommendedThe service was excellent. Mark was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand. And went out of his way to help my situation. I would recommend to anyone who needs their services.
This is the absolute worst place to take your car. I had a tow truck come to my home to take my car to another mechanic but he took it to his dad's shop without my knowledge. I called the tow company the next day asking where it was and he gave me this company's number. I called asking for my car, but they said no, it was their's now because I signed it over.
