I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and attitude at this office. It takes several phone calls just to get a response from the staff. When I did speak with them, they were quite rude and actively argued with me, claiming they had called when I had absolutely no missed calls or messages on my phone. Dr. Nagaraj and her staff really are truly wonderful and caring people. Everyone is patient and very nice. They’re so helpful and Dr. Namitha takes her time to answer your questions and explain in such a pleasant way. She is a lovely human and it didn’t feel like a Dr’s visit. Plus, the office is not unnecessarily freezing cold, it is just right. I cannot imagine a single thing that could improve because there was no wait time either!
I’ve had such an amazing experience with Dr.Nagaraj. She made my 9 months of pregnancy AMAZING. My delivery with her was great as well, she reassured me so much and kept me very well taken care of at DHR. She answered all my questions/concerns anytime. Whenever I had concerns they would have me go in the same day. Her nurses are amazing as well and made me feel comfortable every visit we had!

I brought my girlfriend here a couple of times in the past few months. Everytime we came here she didn't see the doctor once, it was her assistants everytime. They were not helpful, and they hurt her everytime they checked her. She has had TWO abortions this year because they kept giving her the wrong pills. The first time we came to get her checked, she didn't see the doctor and her assistants just said she was "okay" then gave her the same pills.
