I brought my girlfriend here a couple of times in the past few months. Everytime we came here she didn't see the doctor once, it was her assistants everytime. They were not helpful, and they hurt her everytime they checked her. She has had TWO abortions this year because they kept giving her the wrong pills. The first time we came to get her checked, she didn't see the doctor and her assistants just said she was "okay" then gave her the same pills. Genuinely loved Dr. Nagaraj, she was so amazing, always calm and had a great energy about her. Every time I went for a visit I was able to see the doctor which I feel is so important to mention because with some offices you have to schedule to meet the doctor and all other visits are with nurse practitioners, so this office made me feel so prioritized. Dr. Nagaraj is an absolutely amazing doctor. She is thorough, experienced, knowledgeable, up to date, and has a compassionate bedside manner. She delivered my baby girl and takes care of all my other obgyn needs. She is so kind. I have never felt rushed during my appts, and I have never felt silly asking any questions. I couldn’t recommend her enough. All of her staff is also sooo sweet! And I love the lab technician, she draws blood so well, zero pain!
Overall bad experience. She's only with DHR and that hospital is red flags on its own. In terms of her office experience it's always issues with trying to see the doctor herself and someone else being there. Right now they tried rescheduling an appointment when it was literally us already checking in. The staff here are really unprofessional and the doctor needs to hire new staff that is actually attentive. Dr. Nagaraj was a dream doctor to have by my side during my entire pregnancy and the delivery of my baby. She was always so patient and supportive attending to my every need. She always made me feel confident about the health of my baby. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
