Today I visited Dr Namir Shaba at Southeast Valley Urology. I’m very satisfied and very happy with the service the doctor and his assistant provided: 1. Dr. Shaba met me on time (very unusual at other clinic). 2. Dr. Shaba combined the visiting and Cystoscopy together (the other urologist I visited before did nothing on the visit.) 3. Dr. Shaba suggested me not to do any further procedures after the cystoscopy; very professional 4. Dr. Shaba has been wonderful during my care. He has taken time to explain test results and options with me to make sure I have all the information to make an informed decision. His staff is kind and quick with getting things like imaging and surgery scheduled. Definitely recommend him and his office.
I was treated horrible by the staff. I was yelled at by the MA to open my legs doing a bladder exam and the doctor said nothing. Then the doctor pretended to try putting the camera in my bladder but it wasn't my bladder he was pushing on. It was the left side of my pelvic area. I tried to reach him to question him about what he did but was told I couldn't. I told the scheduler for surgeries that I would find another doctor. I wouldn't refer them to anyone. Dr. Shaba and his staff of assistants are very courteous and professional. He takes time to discuss conditions and solutions. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a urologist for treatment.
Went in for out patient surgery and his team of Drs at Banner Baywood cost me my career and freedom. He said “ sorry you did not get the treatment you deserved “ and walked out. While I have spent 84 days in a hospital because of his errors, inabilities and commitment to Hypocratic oath.
