I had a terrible customer experience with the receptionist when I called to get a consultation. She let me know that I had a "No Show" a year ago, and for this reason, Dr. Shaba will not allow me to schedule here again. I hope Dr. Shaba reads this and accepts my apology, and that he never experiences the trials and tribulations I did in 2025. It was a rough one. Please be careful when judging others.

I have been seeing Dr. Shaba for years and have had a good experience. Fortunately I don't have severe issues. The only thing I wish they had was a portal that worked. In this day and age I do see several specialist and all my doctors have decent portals.
Slow to respond to prescription refills. No back up when he is out of the office.
