Mental Health Support here is great with all other groups they have for Mental Health.
Support groups and free training for those looking to learn more about Mental Illness. Brigham City is currently holding a family to family course and will start a connections group in January 2019. Start the New Year with Hope! We will be there to support and listen.
My husband and I have been attending the family to family NAMI 12 week course. It has been very helpful in learning, and navigating the life journey we find ourselves on with a mentally ill loved one.
The greatest organization for mental illness for the county, state, and national level. Thank you for your love and support!!!
